Fiat Falls as Merrill Cuts Stock to `Underperform’ (Update2) (Bloomberg.com)

Aug. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Fiat SpA , Italy's largest manufacturer, declined for a second day in Milan trading after Merrill Lynch & Co. downgraded the stock on tumbling European car and truck sales.
